O boi, how should I start?
I think anyone that has just a little interest in the gothic culture or rock music in general
have heard from “Nine Inch Nails”.
Trent Renzor is the man behind this industrial rock band.
I'm a big fan of his music, especially of his 1994 masterpiece
“the Downward Spiral”
I don't even get started why, because there are so much layers and meanings
In this album that I can make a hole homepage about it.
let's just say that it's a concept album that should seen as one dark inspiring journey and every song
has beside the primary meaning a hole different one if you see it in the concept perspective.
Its still one of the best albums I`ve ever experienced.
Trent Reznor = NIN
Not every person knows why people say that.
It's that simple, Trent Reznor writes all lyrics, composes the songs, plays all instruments & sings…. That's right! He does that all by himself, just for NIN live gigs he needs musicians that play the other instruments but it's a 100% Reznor production in the studio.
He is soooo fucking talented !!!!
Another reason is the treating of his fans. I never seen a major band so supporting and interacting with there fans like NIN.
They basically let download there last album for free on the official NIN homepage
This is Trent Reznors opinion on it.
“You know what? They gone download it anyway, so why should I try to fight against it.
I think, people who like the music & think that it's worth buying, get the album anyway”
He doesn't see his fans as a way to make money such like the major labels do….

So if you are interested in alternative music you defiantly should check Nine Inch Nails out.
